On June 7th to 9th of 2018, the State of Cape Verde and its various agencies launched a large-scale practical training assistance program in Maio to promote access to employment for young people, as well as the not-so-young.
Companies can therefore call on the national agency in charge of selecting the most suitable profiles for the job offered. The candidate selected by the company as a last resort will be able to benefit from a 6-month internship contract. The company will benefit from 80% financial assistance under the internship contract for training efforts with the intern.
Cape Verde is mobilizing strongly to adapt employment and training to the requirements of modern working life.
